CHERRY receives PLUS X AWARD for "BEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" in recognition of its high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Auerbach, 19. July 2022 - CHERRY, the specialist in computer input devices from Germany, is proud to announce that it has received the 2022 Plus X Award for "Best Customer Satisfaction". With this award, the Plus X panel honors companies that have achieved the highest customer satisfaction, with consideration to the quality of the products and services.

Delivering the best quality in products and service to customers globally

To determine the companies with the most satisfied customer base in Germany, Plus X asked more than 5,000 consumers of all genders and social groups between the ages of 20 and 65, from all over the country, to state the companies they have been most satisfied with in different categories.

A vast majority of these consumers queried selected CHERRY as their favorite company in respect to customer satisfaction factors like quality, customer service, innovation, as well as ease of use, comfort, availability, and delivery speed of its products.
